The number of trials needed to incubate the association will be different for everyone. If you are unsure if your brain has fully incubated, give it five or so more trials. This pinata’s minimum recommended incubation time is 14 trials, with 2 trials per day for 1 week [or some equivalent, such as 1 trial per day for 2 weeks].
The next time you’re sleepy and need to jolt awake, whip out your action stimulus and watch how fast you wake up. It may take several implementations of this practice, but the ideal is to go from groggy to wide awake in 60 seconds or less--when every second of consciousness counts.
And don’t be afraid to have fun with this! There’s no point in hacking your body without having some laughs over ridiculous trials. Just don’t use “work on crafting a monster in the basement” as your stimulus...
